Stratum: I Locus: A11001 Basket: I.A11.57 Debris within Area A11 that accumulated through collapse of the north and west balks through erosion since the 1983 season of excavation. Because this material consists of mixed, unstratified debris, it was artificially assigned to a surface locus. |

| Ceramic. Ware paste: Color--5YR reddish yellow 6/6, Inclusions--none, Firing--gray core, Hardness--hard. Handmade; surface 10YR very pale brown 7/3. Broken on all edges. Traces of burning on interior and along breaks. Presence of burning on back of fragment and along breaks indicates that the figurine was broken before it was burned; likely there was limited burning because the outer surface of the piece is not discolored. | |||
