Fragment of horse and rider figurine preserving rear half of torso with right rear leg. Leg hardly narrows towards slightly rounded tip. Not enough of tail preserved to comment on its orientation. Irregular, deep groove running horizontally on underside of belly. Color: 2.5YR light red 6/6. (Munsell code)

Debris layer of lightly compacted and loose grey-brown soil containing up to 25% pebble and cobble-sized fieldstones, less than 5% brick debris and between 10 and 15% ash, all randomly distributed. Located 4 m. from the N balk and 4 m. from the E balk at top level 481.86 below Debris G6002 to bottom levels 481.38 m. above Debris G6006, G6007, G6009, Surface G6010, 481,55 m. above brick debris G6011, Wall G6015, and 481.45 m. above Silo G6008.

This layer may represent backfill into a trench which cut across Area G6. The trench has cut through the western end of wall G6015, the top of Silo G6008 and has removed all traces of architecture contemporary to the use phase of Silo G6008.

Handmade. Ware Paste: Color--2.5YR light red 6/6, Inclusions--some small to medium lime, some small crystal, few small ceramics, Firing--no core, Hardness--hard. Exterior--slip 5Y pale yellow 8/3. Handmade. Broken vertically through middle of torso. Left rear leg broken at juncture with body and tail broken at its base. Surface damage on top of back of horse. Note the large size of this object. Pattern of surface damage on top of back of horse indicates former presence of rider.
