Pottery and objects on surface A9016.
Surface (same as 10042) of beaten earth west of wall A9011 (same as surface 9021.) Surface was covered with ash and fallen bricks (destruction debris) and smashed restoreable vessels (in area A9 one large cooking pot and at least one store jar.) Located 1.37 m. from the West balk and between 3.30 m. and 5.0 m. from the North balk at top level 483.80 m. below A9008 and above A9016.1. This surface runs to the western face of wall A9011/9017 and to the addition to wall A9011 added to close partially the threshold/steps 9020. Installation A9015 is used with-this surface. |
